One voice, three characters
Short video. You, plus three AI versions of you.
In the video I talk as myself, then three AI versions of me answer back: a posh British Seda, a robot Seda and a cartoon Seda.
All three speak with my own voice clone. Each one starts from a real frame of my room, gets a makeover, then gets lip-synced to its line. The coffee stays real throughout.
1 · Voice
ElevenLabs Text to Speech with my own voice clone
2 · Look
Nano Banana 2.1 changes the frame: outfit, robot parts or cartoon style
3 · Mouth
OmniHuman 1.5 animates each still from its audio
4 · Edit
Cut it together with your real clips
Not the Voice Changer. More on that later.
Accounts and costs
Plans checked on 18 October 2026. They change a lot, so check again.
ElevenLabs
The Free plan (10,000 credits) doesn't include voice cloning. Instant Voice Cloning starts on the Starter plan. Professional Voice Cloning starts on Creator. No price here on purpose: it changes, so check the pricing page.
Nano Banana
Google's image editing model. You can reach it in the Gemini app. I used version 2.1. Free limits vary, so check your account.
OmniHuman 1.5
ByteDance's lip-sync model. One place to use it is Dreamina by CapCut, which gives daily free credits. Paid credit packs if you need more.
Your footage
A clip of you talking in good light, plus any video editor.
Budget tip: write your lines before you spend credits.
Clone your own voice
Your voice, with your consent. Not your friend's. Not a celeb's.
- 01Record About 1 to 2 minutes of clear speech. No music, no echo, no background noise. ElevenLabs says going over 3 minutes doesn't help much.
- 02Open Voices In the ElevenLabs dashboard, go to Voices in the left menu and click the plus icon.
- 03Pick Instant Voice Clone Choose Instant Voice Clone, upload your recording and give it a name. Mine is called
Sedosh. - 04Confirm consent Tick the box confirming you have the right and consent to clone this voice. Then save.
Make posh and cartoon Seda
Text to Speech, my clone, Eleven v4. Audio tags do the acting.
- 01Open Text to Speech and pick your clone as the voice.
- 02Set the model to Eleven v4.
- 03Paste a line, generate, listen. Generate a few takes and keep the best.
[posh British accent] Oh, lovely. She sounds like she owns a house in Kensington.
[excited] [playful] Oh my God. Why do I suddenly sound like I'm about to go on an adventure with a talking toaster?
My notes don't have my exact tags. Start here and tweak.
The robot is a cheat
Honest bit: ElevenLabs didn't make the robot sound. A vocoder did.
For robot Seda I generated the line with my clone on Eleven v3, with no robot settings. Then I put a classic vocoder effect on it afterwards, at 75%. That effect isn't an ElevenLabs feature. Any audio editor with a vocoder or robot effect will do.
Okay, even the robot sounds more convincing than me.
The makeovers
Start from a real frame of your video, at the moment the line begins.
Grab a still from your clip, then ask Nano Banana to change only one thing. Keep your face, pose, room and light. That's what makes it look like you, not a stranger in your flat. These are starter prompts, not my exact wording.
Keep this exact person, face, hair, pose, room and daylight. Change only the outfit: a dark tweed blazer over a smart shirt. Photorealistic, same camera angle.
Keep this exact person, face shape, pose and room. Add futuristic robot details: sleek metallic panels along the jaw, neck and arms, and soft glowing seams. She should still be clearly recognisable. Same camera angle.
Re-render this exact frame as a playful 3D animated movie character. Same person, same pose, same room, same mug. Big expressive eyes, soft lighting, keep the composition.
I asked for Pixar-style. The algorithm got it.
Make them talk
OmniHuman 1.5 turns one still and one audio file into a talking clip.
- 01Open OmniHuman 1.5 (for example in Dreamina's avatar or lip-sync tool).
- 02Upload the makeover image and the matching ElevenLabs audio.
- 03Generate, check the mouth, regenerate if it looks off.
- 04In your editor, place each clip where its line starts in your real video.
The honest bits
Fake voices, real rules.
- Consent Only clone your own voice, or someone who said yes. Same for faces.
- TikTok Switch on the AI-generated content label (usually under More options).
- Instagram Switch on the AI label / AI info in the advanced settings.
- YouTube Set Altered or synthetic content to Yes.
- Say what it is I write "my voice clone + Eleven v4" on screen, not "Voice Changer". Name your tools right.
- Costs Instant Voice Cloning needs at least the ElevenLabs Starter plan (Professional Voice Cloning starts on Creator). Lip-sync credits go fast. Check current prices before you start, they change.
Menu names move around. Look for the AI switch.
Your first character
Pick one personality and make one line. Then show me.
Paste it into Text to Speech with your own clone on Eleven v4. Then swap the tag for [posh British accent] or [excited] and hear how much one bracket changes.
Results may cause more gadget shopping.
Three of me. Zero new gadgets.
This month. Allegedly.
